Learn to develop animations from the idea to production and to the final film stage.

You be the creator, director and producer.

This exciting and innovating new course, covers the following areas:

	Project management, idea development, planning and scheduling.
	The process of storyboarding.
	Development and drawing the characters.
	Creation of cells on acetate ready for filming.
	Designing and creating the backgrounds.
	Filming of the animation with a basic home video camera.

	Having fun and experimenting with the medium
	Producing a short animation
	Combining the skills of designing, drawing, painting and filming

Course schedule and details:

Course	Dates
Week 1: Week of Animation Creation	Monday to Friday to be announced 2008 Ages: 8 to 15 years Session 1: 10.00am to 12.00pm Session 2: 1.00am to 3.00pm Cost: *$125 for the week ($40/2hour session rate)
Week 2: Week Long Creative Workshop	Monday to Friday to be announced 2008 Years: 10, 11 and 12 students Time: 10.00am to 4.00pm (1Hr lunch break) Cost: *$295 for the week (includes a BBQ lunch on Friday) ($80/daily rate)
